This Privacy Policy describes how Totem Games ("we", "us") handles information in our mobile and desktop games, including Water 2050.

1. Information we collect

Our games do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other personal information directly.

Our mobile games display advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect:

• Device or other IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID)

• Approximate location (derived from your IP address)

• App interactions (such as ad views)

• Diagnostics and performance data (such as crash logs)

This data is collected and shared with Google for the purposes of advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

2. Your choices and consent

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising data is processed, and may accept or decline. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

3. In-app purchases

Purchases in our games are processed entirely by Google Play (or the platform's own store). We do not receive or store your payment information.

4. Children

Our games do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising is served in compliance with Google Play's Families and AdMob policies.

5. Data retention and deletion

We do not operate our own servers for player data; game progress is stored locally on your device. Data collected by Google is handled according to Google's privacy policy.
